The Clinton-Macomb Public Library (CMPL) is a district library serving a rapidly growing population of 170,000.

Formed in 1992, CMPL directly serves all of the residents of Macomb Township and most of Clinton Township, with the exception of the portion in the Mount Clemens School District, which is served by Mount Clemens Public Library. CMPL is mostly funded by local property taxes from residents of Clinton and Macomb Townships.

Our mission: The Clinton-Macomb Public Library connects residents of all ages to resources that inform, educate, entertain and inspire.
